Pull Request Summary
The following PR covers a fix to the series of tests we were using with pgTAP. I moved to using python instead of using a bash script. I feel more comfortable in python anyways. This is simply just for testing against PRs that are opened and for internal use. This will not impact existing code. Also, I resolved some issues with the views I missed from before.
