Addresses issue #418
Adds support for label-based filtering for CAGRA search, as needed in many scenarios. This type of filter expects each data vector to have associated integer labels, and each query to also have an associated label. The label data must be attached to the filter before executing CAGRA
search.The impact of this on binary size needs to be determined, and any ways of reducing this needs to be considered before merging.
