Revise cuVS Bench documentation for clarity

Refactored the documentation for cuVS Bench by doing the following:

1. Updated the product overview text, ensured the bulleted list was parallel, and removed the embedded TOC.
2. Improved clarity and consistency by running the entire text through Cursor AI to ensure it adhered to the NVIDIA style guide.
3. Corrected errors (and typos) that didn't comply with regard to grammar and sentence structure.
4. Added a new "Install the Benchmarks" section heading. The section needs a brief overview and the necessary prerequisite information.
5. Restructured the titles and ensured they were formatted correctly.
6. Updated installation instructions and benchmark running sections.
7. Added comments marked as [ZAR Comment] that need to be reviewed and resolved before merging changes into the main branch.
