The delays need verifying - largely copied from imx290 which is in the same Starvis family.
Whilst there is an entry in the common camera_sensor_properties, it has no delays defined.
There is a copy of the datasheet on our shared Google Drive.
Required kernel driver tweaks at raspberrypi/linux#6582.
Tested using a https://www.waveshare.com/imx415-98-ir-cut-camera.htm module on Pi5 which can do up to 43fps using the 720MHz link frequency, or 30fps at 360MHz.
Also tested on CM4 at the 360MHz link frequency.
