Currently allows importing picow_tcpip_client example Combined with raspberrypi/pico-examples#679 this allows importing pico_mqtt_client example

The VS Code extension expects examples to have defined names on the
add_executable(line, rather than variables.This fix will allow importing this example with VS Code.
Note that the
hello_freertosexample has the same issue, but downloading FreeRTOS is not supported by the extension anyway, so importing that example is not possible.
