Fixes #2170

Simple update of the submodule reference to fix issues described above.

I gave this a quick test on pico and pico2 and didn't see any issues

Actually. I'm not sure the dev_hid_composite example is actually working. It's showing up as a device but not actually sending any events. If I go back to the earlier version of tinyusb it seems to work ok. Host example is ok.

Later: If you press the button it works. Confirmed. board_button_read was always true on the old stack. It's working now with 0.18. So everything is fine. Sorry for the false alarm.

going to merge this for now; easier to check that everything compiles with all compilers - note we should update pico-examples CI to checkout Pico-PIO-USB
