perf: reduce package size

Description

Reduce Apsara package size. Expected unpacked size reduction from 10.3 MB to ~1.9MB

This PR implements 3 strategies: (10.3 MB -> 1.9 MB unpacked)
1: Externalise dependencies
2: Ignore unnecessary files from publishing using .npmignore

Todo: Will be testing this in real life scenario after an rc release.

Tested with rc release. All working as expected.

Tested locally. Tested with an rc release.

There are some issues reported with .npmignore (it not ignoring some folders when published to npm). Best approach for this will be to remove tests folder with a prebuild script. We can ignore it for now as the total size of the published tests folder is less than 2kb.
