Description

Introduces IJEPA as an example to Stable-SSL v2, alongside multiblock masking and a ContextTargetsMultiBlock transform. Multiblock masking takes in an iterable of scales and aspect ratios (as opposed to numblocks and hardcoded context target characteristics) and the ContextTargetsMultiBlock splits them into context and target blocks and then ensures that the context block is disjoint from the targets.
