Reason for change:
To prevent the current service from shutting down during DEEPSLEEP when btmgr.service stops, by switching the dependency to bluetooth.service which remains active.

Pls work with component owners slack ids [@anand_kandasamy] [@srikanth] to generate component tags based on the version in support/8.3.4.0 as hot-patch component tags in component support branch
