Edit the TMIR 2025-01 transcript for accuracy

Hello! I noticed some inaccuracies in the January transcript, and figured I'd submit a fix! My primary purpose was:

• correct any personal names used
• correct any library names used
• correct Reactiflux's own name
• avoid splitting words across a timestamp boundary
