Updated Visual Studio, .NET, Windows, and Android minimum version requirements in the getting started documentation. Visual Studio 2026 and .NET 8.0 are now recommended, Windows minimum is 10.0.19041.0, and Android minimum is 15.0 with SDK 34. Adjusted sample manifest and project references accordingly.
