Closing this out for now. Most of our tests will need to be refactored to support Windows path separators and if we had platform-specific issues we likely would have heard about them by now. |

There can be a number of weird quirks with file paths on Windows with regard to OpenAPI
$refresolutions so we should expand rdme's testing scope to include it.
