RBP Support Usage List

I wanted to keep this out of the README and the version control in general. Hopefully this will help keep track of what version of RBP Support is in use by which plugins at their latest versions.

The reason a list like this is necessary is I highly doubt any time there is an update to RBP Support we will go through each and every one of our Plugins that utilizes it to release an update that merely bumps up RBP Support. It would get tedious really quickly.

Once a Version of RBP Support is no longer in use in the latest version of any of our Plugins, please remove it from this Wiki Page.

This does not include any plugins with releases still in a beta phase. Those should use the latest version of RBP Support at release.
