Description
Tail Effect: A dynamic, interactive effect that creates a smooth, trailing motion that follows the user's cursor movement across the page, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to your website's design.
I added this effect to enhance your project/ website.
For better understanding, I have added a separate folder name tail_effect in which I have added my html, css and javascript code necessary for this effect.
I request you to kindly merge it for better user experience
