Improve and Add Missing README Files for Recommendation Models

Description

This PR updates the documentation and dependencies across multiple directories in the project.

This pull request includes the following changes:

1. Added/Updated README.md files:

   • Added/Revised content in the README.md files for the following directories:
     • Book Recommendation System
     • Facial Expression Recognition with PyTorch
     • Music Recommendation
     • Restaurant Recommender
     • Sentence Auto Completion

2. Modified requirements.txt files:

   • Added/updated requirements.txt files in all relevant directories to ensure compatibility with the latest dependencies.

3. Added new file:

   • Introduced holmes.txt in the sentenceAutoCompletion directory.

Summary of Changes:

• Improved documentation for clarity and better user guidance.
• Ensured that the requirements.txt files reflect the necessary packages without version constraints.
• Provided additional resources with the new holmes.txt.
• made sure the code is working properly.
