feat: add giscus comments to all docs automatically

Description

Fixes #933

Added a new plugin that automatically injects the <GiscusComments /> component into all documentation pages, while skipping docs that already include it manually in their .md files.

This ensures that every page has a comment section without duplicates.

• Added a new Docusaurus plugin to inject <GiscusComments /> into all docs.
• Added detection logic to check for existing <GiscusComments/> elements before injection.
