[FIX]: #1095 Apply the same background on terms and cond....

Description

This PR updates the "Terms of Service" page to use the same animated gradient background as the "Privacy Policy" and "Code of Conduct" pages.

This creates a consistent feel across all legal/informational pages, while still allowing the "Terms of Service" page to have its unique "Soft UI" accordion card floating on top. It also sharpens the shadows on the internal UI elements for a cleaner look.

Changes Made

• Updated index.module.css:
  • Replaced solid background colors (--page-bg) with animated linear & radial gradients from Privacy Policy.
  • Removed box-shadow from the main card (.pageContainer) and added a border for a "floating card" effect.
  • Sharpened internal "Soft UI" shadows (buttons, icons, content boxes) by reducing blur radius.
  • Corrected .sectionButton:hover shadow styles.
  • Adjusted layout (position, z-index) to layer the new background effect correctly.

Dependencies

• None. This only modifies the CSS module for the Terms of Service page.
