feat: Dockerize recodehive

Description

This PR intends to Dockerize recodehive with Dockerfile and docker-compose file, with proper documentation on docker-setup.md. This brings on building the application image and the docker-compose.yml file for managing the application and its dependencies.

Fixes #206

Changes Made

Added Dockefile on root containing relevant commands for recodehive installation and docker-composeyml incase of a requirement of any multi-container Docker application which is useful in future.

• My changes do not generate new console warnings or errors , I ran npm run build and attached scrrenshot in this PR.
• This is already assigned Issue to me, not an unassigned issue.
