Footer UI Fix: Replace Twitter with X

Description

Updated the social icons in the footer:

• Replaced the outdated Twitter icon and link with the new X (Twitter) branding.
  Fixes 🐞[Bug]: Update Twitter icon to new X logo #255

Changes Made

• Updated Footer.tsx to use these new icon components with proper external URLs.
• Ensured styling and responsiveness is consistent with existing layout.

• No new dependencies added.
