Replaced HeaderImage/ Vanilla with toaster

Description

Replaced the static header image with an interactive FloatingContributors toaster component to showcase live community activity and enhance user engagement. The toaster displays real-time contributor data from the RecodeHive GitHub organization, creating a more dynamic and community-focused header experience.

Motivation: Transform the passive header image into an engaging, interactive element that highlights community contributions and encourages user participation in the open-source project.

Changes Made

• Replaced static header image with interactive FloatingContributors toaster component
• Enhanced toaster positioning with responsive design for all screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Increased toaster size for better visibility and user interaction
• Enhanced visual feedback with better hover effects and theme-matched colors
• Preserved toaster behavior: Auto-hide after 30 seconds, dismissible with close button

Dependencies

• No new dependencies added - uses existing packages:
  • framer-motion (already installed)
  • react (already installed)
• API Integration: GitHub REST API for fetching contributor data
• Fallback Data: Graceful degradation when API limits are reached
