Created a grouping-data.md file which contains the basic grouping syntax, along with WHERE and HAVING, and various aggregate functions.

Description

This PR adds a new Grouping Data page to the SQL-basics section of the documentation.
It explains the GROUP BY clause in SQL, how to use aggregate functions (SUM, COUNT, AVG, MIN, MAX), and the difference between WHERE and HAVING.
The goal is to help beginners understand grouping concepts clearly with examples and tables.
