Fix: Dark mode UI issues on careers page - button text and backgrounds

Description

Fixed critical dark mode implementation issues on the careers page where button text was invisible and background colors were inconsistent. Updated styling to ensure proper contrast and readability across all UI elements in both light and dark modes.

Changes Made

• Fixed invisible "Apply Now" button text by replacing conditional className with inline styles
• Updated all section backgrounds for consistent dark theme coverage
• Enhanced card components with proper dark mode styling
• Added min-h-screen class for full-page dark background coverage

Dependencies

• No new dependencies added
• Uses existing Framer Motion, Docusaurus, and Tailwind CSS
