Fixed learn about our culture button redirection to our culture (#579)

Description

This PR fixes the issue where the "learn about our culture" button on the our careers section did not redirect to the our culture section.

Now, clicking the button scrolls smoothly to the <h2 id="our-culture"> section.

• Updated the Link for "our culture" to properly point to the our culture section.
• Implemented smooth scrolling using react-scroll for better UX.
