Revise README.md for clarity and additional details

Updated README.md to enhance content and structure, including new sections on vision, mission, and prerequisites.

Description

What’s new:
✨ Added Vision and Mission sections after About for clarity of purpose.
💡 Introduced a “Why Recode-website” section to highlight unique value.
🧩 Created a dedicated Prerequisites section (Windows-friendly) before Quick Start; updated Quick Start to reference it.
🗺️ Added a comprehensive Mermaid flowchart visualizing the user journey from visitor to contributor/community member.
🛠️ Included a Troubleshooting section with common setup and development issues (with Windows PowerShell tips).
📌 Provided clear recommendations for section placement to improve structure and readability.
All new section titles use relevant emojis for better navigation and visual appeal.
