[Fix] Loading animation

Description

Fixed the hourglass pre-loader that appeared for extended periods (5-20+ seconds) during page load and reload on the main homepage. Implemented progressive loading to show placeholder data immediately while fetching real-time GitHub stats in the background, providing a seamless and instant loading experience for users.

Changes Made

Modified [statsProvider.tsx] to implement progressive loading: set initial loading state to false, use realistic placeholder values matching production data, and fetch fresh GitHub stats in the background without blocking UI.
Updated [index.tsx] to remove the hourglass (⏳) display, ensuring stats always show immediately with SlotCounter animation.

Dependencies

No new dependencies added. The changes use existing libraries (React, SlotCounter) and do not require any version updates or configurations.
