Description

This section is redundant as we are not using Commitizen with git-cz

This reverts commit a86486c.

Removes outdated Commitizen-related documentation from:

  • README.md
  • community/contributing-guidelines.md

Reason:

The previous PR introduced Commitizen setup using git-cz in the contribution guide.
However, that Commitizen integration was later reverted and is no longer used in the project.
Therefore, this section of the documentation is now redundant.
