This commit adds topologyFailureDomainLabels to the operator configmap for that. The logic now has three levels: annotation has highest priority, then configmap defaults get merged with status, and finally just status if nothing else is set. Extracting the topology logic from getTopologyLabels() and added tests for all the priority scenarios. Signed-off-by: subhamkrai <[email protected]>
