@mareklibra If the purpose of this PR is mainly to test generated OCI images before release the plugins, and is not expected to be merged before the source plugins are effectively released to NPM, please add on of the do-not-merge/xxx labels.

So far just to an internal "repo" for testing.
We will eventually publish 1.7.3 version to prod RH NPM registry later.
