chore(extensions): replace all marketplace references to extensions

Hey, I just made a Pull Request!

This PR renames remaining marketplace references to extensions:

• renovate presets
• ReadMe's
• CatalogInfo path in other plugins
• Comments and other references.

Note: This is a followup PR to #2006 where we have renamed Marketplace to Extensions.
