During tests, each instance of
SkipIfRedisAttributecreates a new RedisFixture which connects to test env and request relevant server info. This happens to be an issue with slow test envs and complete rebuilds.Fix is attempt to request it once and use same data each time a 'SkipIfRedisAttribute' needs it.
