No actual problems with this, so I'll approve, but it might be an opportunity to link to lots of other good stuff (or maybe it suggests new content that we should add in some places?) OTOH, you probably wouldn't be reading a page like this unless you already knew a fair bit about RQE, so maybe it's not an issue.
