The "Run in browser" buttons work. However, I did notice some errors flashed during load, but they disappeared quickly and I couldn't read them. Also, for C# and JavaScript, the notebook prompted me to pick my kernel. Is there a way for these to be pre-assigned? None of these things should hold up merging.

I updated the notebooks metadata so now the kernel is automatically selected |

This adds notebooks for the index/query pages for C#, JS, and Jedis (Python was already added separately). The examples have also been reordered a bit to fit in better with the notebook layout.
