Just one comment: there are still 3-digit release numbers in place. I don't know if that's intentional or not. I'll go ahead a approve.

This PR is just part 1 to add the missing x.y DB versions to the release notes tables. I will update them to x.y.z versions in a future PR since it will probably take a while to collect and confirm the exact DB versions bundled with each release.
