…erence This cuts the release for the operator chart and updates the ref for the operator image in the redpanda chart.

By #476 (comment) @chrisseto comment I'm not sure if we need to backport. I understand that change log is not that important in the main, but the Chart.yaml bumps should be backported in my opinion. |
