To reduce confusion, this change introduces aliasing:

* ACLPattern.ACL_PATTERN_PREFIX to ACLPattern.ACL_PATTERN_PREFIXED
* PatternType.PATTERN_TYPE_PREFIXED to PatternType.PATTERN_TYPE_PREFIX
