feat: add Creator Testnet chain configuration

This PR adds support for the Creator Testnet chain with the following configurations:

• Chain ID: 4654
• RPC URL: https://creator-testnet.rpc.caldera.xyz/http
• Explorer: https://creator-testnet.explorer.caldera.xyz
• Reservoir API URL: https://api-creator-testnet.reservoir.tools
• WETH Token Address: 0x34AF38Ec07708dBC01C5A814fc418D3840448fce

Changes:

• Added Creator Testnet chain configuration to SDK
• Added WETH token configuration to UI package
• Updated ChainId enum with new chain

Testing:

• Ran pnpm lint
• Created changeset
