Looks great (and this is exciting...), but there are a couple non-functional spots to tweak:
CONTRIBUTING.mdREADME.md(and maybe here)
And, there's also the Rover_Lookup subpackage, but perhaps we can ignore that, at least for now.
Packages are starting to drop support for python-3.9.
This still technically works on 3.9, but let's just keep the two packages in sync as the base sync2jira package moves up to 3.12+.
