Speed up middleware e2e tests

Lifted routes to shared builds where possible to reduce the # of builds

Rough local testing looks like the following drops from ~14s to ~9s (35% speedup):

time npx playwright test --config ./integration/playwright.config.ts "middleware" "--project" "chromium"
