Bump Rust crate versions and run cargo update with targeted pins: - chrono 0.4.41→0.4.44, serde_json 1.0.145→1.0.149 - hkdf 0.13.0-rc.2→0.13.0-rc.5, sha2 0.11.0-rc.2→0.11.0-rc.5 - uuid 1.21.0→1.22.0, solana-signature 3.1.0→3.2.0 - openssl-sys 0.9.109→0.9.112 Pin alloy sub-crates to 1.7.x and leptos ecosystem to 0.8.5/0.8.6 to avoid duplicate wasm-streams symbols in WASM builds. Pin AWS SDK crates to MSRV-compatible versions (rustc 1.91.0). Bump GitHub Actions: actions/upload-artifact v7, actions/cache v5, android-actions/setup-android v3, slackapi/slack-github-action v2.1.1.
