Slim down the Containerfile for the task runner image:

  • rebase it on alpine
  • install everything we can from apk
  • build replicated-cli ourselves to ensure proper multi-arch compatibility

Ideally we'd merge this after #55 as we need to update the task binary in the taskfiles to use the alpine packaged go-task instead
