use the bjw-s templates instead: https://github.com/bjw-s-labs/helm-charts/blob/main/charts/library/common/values.yaml

move all charts under the charts/ directory for some organization, and to make selecting chart directories more straightforward

settle on REPLICATED_APP as the source of truth for app slug in tasks

fix a typo I introduced in #58

after removing the unencrypted HTTP endpoint from traefik and rebasing on main:

 task utils:port-operations OPERATION=getenv CLUSTER_NAME=ada-cluster
Error: Could not determine TF_EXPOSED_HTTP_URL. HTTP port is not properly exposed.
Please ensure the HTTP port is exposed before deploying.
task: Failed to run task "utils:port-operations": exit status 1

need to account for changes made to Helmfile workflow (users/environments) from #66
