Introduced a new optional field to the
TUFSignedDelegationsRolesmodel to support hash-bin delegation roles under custom delegations. The main change is the addition of thex_rstuf_num_binsfield, which allows specifying the number of bins for nested hash-bin roles.Related Issue: repository-service-tuf/repository-service-tuf#876
