To get a better sense of which package managers work with rewatch, I want to add a new set of end-to-end tests.
These will be Node.js tests that invoke CLI commands. They overlap somewhat with the existing rewatch tests, but those require everything to live in a single test repo. For this new suite, I want to create multiple test repositories with different setups.
Also, no bash scripts. Using real test files with a proper test runner will be easier for contributors to pick up.
