Fixing colab compatiblity issue

This PR addresses two critical issues to make Chatterbox fully compatible with Google Colab and CUDA environments:

Colab Dependency Fixes:

-Updated core dependencies (numpy, librosa, torch, torchaudio, gradio) to versions compatible with Colab and Kaggle    environments.

-Added torchcodec to enable torchaudio.save() functionality without additional manual installs.

-Updated the TTS model layers to us attn_implementation="eager"

you're welcome!! tho voice cloning isn't working init!! relaxing the deps caused format issues in the voice cloning pipeline, i've tried to fix it in this new commit! test it out if it works properly!!
