Bump Go to 1.25.6, bump dependency versions Bump GoReleaser to `@v2/latest`, for compatibility with Go 1.25 and beyond. Update the `.goreleaser.yaml` to remove deprecated options. drive-by: roll up all the various and sundry updates that Dependabot has suggested over the past while drive-by: drop the `GOEXPERIMENT: nocoverageredesign` environment variable when generating coverage reports, as it is no longer supported and throws errors. This causes a coverage drop by ~25%. Fixes: Issue retr0h#299

This change (and others) should allow you to bulk-close all the Dependabot chore PRs, as it incorporates them all.
