Adds descriptions and episode titles to IPTV EPG
Reasoning
Found an API from the VPRO Gids that contains details in addition to the NPO guide-data.

Technical description
Fetch VPRO schedule-API and match programs based on programStart. Interestingly, both API's are not exactly the same in terms of start times and programs (some programs are missing at VPRO). Starttimes seem to differ up to 3 minutes.
