📊 About the Analysis

These visualizations reveal the structural connections between episodes across team meetings. The analysis identifies how topics, issues, and work flows evolve over time through explicit content-based linkages.

Key Metrics (Both Teams)

  • Total episodes: 711 (374 E-life, 337 UltraCharge)
  • Total directed links: 5,217 (2,296 E-life, 2,921 UltraCharge)
  • Inter-meeting links: 81.1%
  • High confidence links: 85.6%
  • Unified semantic themes: 10 standardized themes across both startups

🛠 How to Update

The source data for these visualizations is maintained in the private cognitiveaction repository. To update these public visualizations:

  1. Run the visualize_episode_network.py script in the private repository.
  2. Copy the generated HTML and PNG files to this repository.
  3. Commit and push the changes to trigger a GitHub Pages rebuild.

🎨 Semantic Theme Analysis

The visualizations now include a unified semantic theme taxonomy developed through systematic analysis of episode content. The 10 standardized themes enable comparative analysis across both startups:

  1. Market Validation and Customer Insights
  2. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement
  3. Financial Planning and Viability
  4. Product/Service Development and Testing
  5. Strategic Planning and Vision
  6. Operational Planning and Execution
  7. Communication and Presentation Strategy
  8. Market Positioning and Commercial Strategy
  9. Knowledge Management and Documentation
  10. Risk Management and Problem-Solving

Each episode is assigned a primary theme and a semantic role (Object of Inquiry, Operational Target, Strategic Anchor, or Constraint/Trigger) based on contextual LLM analysis.

For detailed theme definitions and methodology, see the semantic_themes folder in the private repository.
