Manifest V2 will stop working in June 2023. Hence updated with required changes and make Manifest V3.
Added offline enabled The minimum version required for chrome is 93 for v3 to perform well Fix Incognito mode in chrome, split mode means that all pages in an incognito window will run in their own incognito process.
