Added a new KissSerialWrapper class to manage KISS protocol communication over serial, including frame encoding/decoding and configuration commands. Examples Introduced support for KISS TNC devices via a new --serial-port argument. Updated example scripts : ping_repeater_trace.py, send_channel_message.py, send_direct_advert.py, send_flood_advert.py, send_text_message.py, send_simple_tracked_advert.py — to accept the --serial-port option for configuring KISS TNC connections. Updated README.md detailing example usage, supported radio hardware, configuration options, and troubleshooting guidance.

Implement CAD (Channel Activity Detection) check for LBT.
Add KISS wrapper for Serial KISS TNC devices (MeshTNC).
Note: The KISS TNC integration is experimental — additional features are required before full functionality is achieved.
Update examples to use the new radio_type = kiss-tnc.
Add CAD Calibration Example for tuning Channel Activity Detection thresholds.
