Updates `gd32vxx-hal` dependency to include the `rt` and `critical-section` features.
Adds default interrupt handler symbols in `device.x` file. Enables weakly defined symbols that default to `DefaultHandler` implementations. Handlers can be redefined, as in `examples/interrupt.rs`.
Adds an example for creating a USBFS device that acts like an HID keyboard. The example is simple, and sends the string `Hello` as five HID keyboard reports.
